Honey & Cinnamon

Hi everyone!
I’m going to share a secret with you that has helped me a lot.

A couple of months ago, I was starting to suffer from acne due to college stress and personal problems. It was something that was really getting to me and I would always feel sad because my face wasn’t like that before.

But not for long.

One day, I saw a post on Facebook that honey and cinnamon had a LOT of uses, including skincare. I, of course, gave it a try immediately and went to buy cinnamon and natural honey.
The results were unbelievable after two weeks, my skin was getting better and the acne was simply gone. I also started a diet where I wouldn’t eat chocolate or anything greasy so it would get better and it did (which it has been hell for me since I’m obsessed with chocolate).

Here’s how you can do it:
Please make sure that you are not allergic to cinnamon or honey before trying this.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp of  100% natural honey
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
Make sure that the ground cinnamon and honey are 100% natural or it won’t work as fast and efficient.

First, take 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and pour them on a plate. Then start to mix them together until you get a brownish paste similar to chocolate.

Once done, apply just on the pimples and affected area and leave it as many hours as you can, the more time you leave it the better. Remove with warm water and you’re good to go!

I usually do this at night and remove it before I go to sleep. I really hope it works and it helps you as it has with me. Remember, you have to do it everyday for two weeks or it won’t work, you’ll see the change in no time!

Stay beautiful boys and girls!

Adios,
Jessica
